How does that saying go again?? Slip into a seat, Slop on some sunscreen, and Slap a shirt on your head???

I was walking along the foreshore at Manly beach where I came across this couple, sitting and watching the waves. I was amused to see the man with his shirt rolled up in a ball, atop his balding head to prevent sunburn. You’d think that maybe a hat would do the trick?
