"The Minya Entrance"
The entry to the Minya winery, near Torquay on the Great Ocean Road, Australia. The name Minya is Aboriginal for ‘The Place of Many Birds’. The winery, situated on the banks of Thompsons Creek is home to a wide variety of native birds and waterfowl. It has a fine range of wines available and plays host to a number of concerts, called “Minya by Moonlight” during the Summer and Autumn months, in its own ampitheatre, overlooking the waters of the creek.
