"All That Remains"

The old boiler house and chimney stack are all that remain of the Phoenix Wool Scouring Works, Marnockvale along the Barwon River, Geelong. Built in 1919, like a lot of woolen mills in the Geelong area, it had its heyday in the 1930’s – 1950’s.

This image was taken on a very cold Winter’s afternoon, just after a severe rainstorm prior to sunset.

"All That Remains" belongs to the following groups:

Australian Landmarks and Icons, Geelong Throng and Mills & Mines Available for sale as

Greeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters
