This is a great shot of the way things were.
You have a great subject, you have timed the shot well form a good angle to obtain the clearest view of the plowman, the depth of field is very good and the focus nice and sharp.
B&W is a great choice for this as it is very forgiving to an over exposed sky. The image potentially has a far better tonal range than we see here and if you were to boost the contrast it would be much richer and give better definition to the horses and “farmer”.
Apart from that, very good work mate!
