Queen’s View, Loch Tummel Perthshire in Scotland.
Another image from a trip up there early March 2010. In view of the improved weather we are currently enjoying, I had not intended posting these images yet,but following a little accident I am not able to get out with my camera. I have resorted to going through my hard drive and look at this work to keep me from going stir crazy.

Nikon D80 18-135 lens at abt 70mm
iso 100 1/10th sec at f22

Thanks for looking,

I returned to photography a few years ago after a long break. My ambition was to make images of some of my favourite places. Discovering the work of photographers has also encouraged me to explore new horizons.
If some of my images give pleasure to others, then that makes it even more worthwhile.

This is beautiful, Philip! Hope you don’t go stir crazy – I just broke my ankle so I planned on doing the same thing…rummaging through the hard drive. Feel better!

Phil, I like the way you have avoided doing the postcardy image from here and taken an almost telephoto shot. Cliff
