    Thanks Jayne, I took this image in the middle of the day from across the other side of Avenue McGill. I softened the edges using ‘Picassa’, to the left of the statue you can just make out the sign of to the entrance of the bank.
    I think that it’s my favourite piece of art in Canada, I’d seen so many pictures of it prior to coming to live in Canada that I knew I had to photograph it. I’ve had many trips there and each time I find myself drawn to it with varying results, I think this is my favourite shot I’ve taken of it so far. I’m pleased you like it.
