I hate snow, but love this image, Russ. Great perspective and depth. Super job! Any snow yet in Oshawa? We received a bit overnight in Newmarket.
Russ Styles replied
Hey Steve, Thanks. I took this image last year just behind Durham College.
A few flakes last night that’s all…it’s toooooo early for snow.

Bob Wall
Very cool pic.
This is the ONE thing I miss about living where it snows. I loved playing in it and taking pictures of it, but I’m glad I don’t have to mess with it anymore. Now, if I really, really need some snow, I can just drive a few hours east in the winter, play around, get some pics, then get back home where it’s warm.
Russ Styles replied
Thanks Bob…the snow certainly is more alluring IF you don’t have to scrape off the car and drive to work in it. Cheers. Russ.

Excellent image on all levels Russ. Can you send me some of that snow? It is 41deg C here today (13/11/09) and predicted to be 44deg C (111.2 F) on Sunday!! This would be extreme even in our hottest month of February! Who says there is no global warming??
Russ Styles replied 27 days ago
Thanks Terry…I’d be glad to once it arrives..this was taken last winter…so none of the white stuff just yet. enjoy the day and the sun.
