What a lovely portrait, and so clever to use the “web” to partially obscure the face.

It has called me up attention from the distance.
For me…. that is good.
Not drama…serenity and complicity.
She is looki g and inviting,
but not for overpassing her….but going quietly
and remain in silence…util she decides to talk.
The lace shawl is beautiful.I have never seen any like it.
And it is lovely and quite effective..the way you have managed prepare it so as giving us places of most intense darkness and places of extreme light. Then foldings are really whole worlds of movement. Some may love the eyes.. I like it much—- even more from nose to lips….blending them with the shawl and still being intensly drawn.

Hello! I had to come and see the art of a person who would co-host a group with Escher’s name in the title of it. Glad I did. This is fabulous!

lol I looked at his stuff, too, a bit. And, hmm .. no, I couldn’t tell he would be the one to choose the name. Nope! A very mainstream, almost boring, sort of fellow who is too timid to really let go and put himself out there.

LOL LOL LOL

Oh I did. I commented on something he did, and he praised my work as a reply. Such a disagreeable fellow, as well as a drab bore.

I better stop saying things like that, before someone thinks I mean them.

He seems very cool. Thanks for the .. uhm .. conversation, I guess. lol

That is true .. I comment way, way too much sometimes. That’s because I am not the sort of person who decides they like a certain style or genre and just sticks to it, like they had nothing better to do with their life than sit in a rut. Or, anywhere close to that, but more complimentary. I’m all over the place, and rather pack rattish, which results in having a lot of people on my watch lists.

If I really thought he was a drab bore, I shouldn’t say so like that. I’d either avoid him like the plague that he thusly would be, or I’d feel sorry for him and say odd things in the hopes of improving his personality.

No, that’s not quite right. And, I do the latter anyway, though without hope. lol

Do people b.s. you a lot? Why?

People do me, but it’s my Ex and his wife, mostly, now.
