Shanghai Parallel
My grandfather grew up in China prior to the second world war. He told me stories of an exciting existence, an intertwined reality of ex-pat decadence and rich Chinese culture. I wanted to design a motor car befitting of some of his stories, and create a scene of context. I suppose it’s a parallel universe viewpoint of an automobile that could have been. This image is dedicated to him.

Thanks for the comment Col. I re-watched Blade Runner as a result (what an awesome movie) – i think you’re on to something. Double cab ute? Why not! Thanks again.
