Image taken at Little River Station just outside Geelong (Australia). It was about 6am on a wet morning, and the wet tracks reflected the lights beautifully to give them that "chrome look’.

Great b&w Peter, I never get sick of looking at this image.

  • I was just playing with this image and it occurred to me to try it in mono, all i did was desaturate it , nothing more. Came out OK.

Looks great Peter. I have actually never photographed the station, but this image really inspires me to give it a go!

  • Thanks Di, this my absolute favourite to photograph, you have so much space to move around and get different angles and compositions.

Fantastic shot, mono is a great medium, standing in the middle of the tracks, what one will do to get the photo!

  • Thanks Paul, yes sometimes we need to do what’s required to get the shot.
