    And someone said if we neglected these places they’d be gone in 40 years!
    This reminds me of the whalers hut I found in a huge mess of brambles when I was a kid – I was the first person in there since the whaler left about 90 years before! and you could still read the newspapers on the walls perfectly! [but the letter on the table was fading!]
    That’s why I love history & writing!
