    Great looking landscape,did you venture into the mountains ?

  • Thanks Hans. Most definitely! We did about an 18km walk up towards the Torres del Paine Mirador (lookout) plus a shorter walk on the other side of the mountain range and then when in El Calafate a 26km walk up to the base of Mt Fitzroy followed by an 18km walk to Laguna Torres. Nice sunny weather but a bit too hot really in the low 20’s. Very unusual weather for that time of the year.
