Day 105 of my ‘A Photo A Day’ project.
I don’t normally like adding photos of my pets as I feel just because I love them doesn’t mean everyone else will. However, today I felt I had to add this black and white because I simply loved the contrast and detail so much. Hopefully I’m not biased and others will enjoy this photo as much as I do!

Lovely contrast and detail indeed… I just don’t like the composition so much, a little too centered imo ;) And I’m jealous, I wish I had a cat. I’d probably be taking pictures of it all day long.

Thank you Fleur. Very sorry to hear about your loss. We lost our cats a few years ago, which we have had since I was 8 and I know how upset I was about it. We can never replace them but decided to get a couple of rescue cats a year or so ago, this being one of them :)

…. Oscar is very particular about when he will allow me to photograph him!!! Sometimes he poses beautifully , and others he seems determined to ruin every attempt by moving at the crucial moment!!! lol
haha! I think that sums up a cats attitude perfectly… only on their terms!
