Day 53 of my ‘A Photo A Day’ project.

At the end of last year and the start of this year, my Dad and I redid the bottom of the garden. We built a patio surrounded by a small wall, and filled it up with new soil. He then planted new plants all around and this was one of them. There’s something about these flowers that I really love. I tried to snap them many times over the past month or so, but the photos never really seem to inspire me. I’m glad I finally got this one though, as I knew if I kept trying I’d eventually get what I was after.
