  • Thanks for telling me about Polidori……..I googled him……his photog. is very impressive. The really sad thing about the abandoned houses I’ve explored (I’ve posted very few on RB) is that they are not a result of a hurricane….not of the weather kind anyway….they are a result of a storm of lost jobs in textile mill towns in North and South Carolina. I spent 2+ years documenting one particular town…just haven’t gotten it out there yet (to be honest…not sure how). They have been part of a “slow” death etc. So glad you mentioned Polidori etc…this sharing of ideas and knowledge would be/is the best of RB.
