I’m smiling at your two loves! One is warm, and one makes the sound you love! Does the cat run from the sound of the violin? Or relax and enjoy it? My daughter’s dog rushes to listen when I play guitar, but I don’t take this as too much a complement because she also rushes to hear when I sing goofy songs in my cartoon voice! As the saying goes, there’s no accounting for bad taste :)

Chock has his moments where he lays at my feet to listen.. but then again sometimes he runs a million miles an hour in the oppostite direction with ears pinned back on seeing me take out the bow (for he recognises it as part of ‘the music making’ – go figure!!.. can’t please them all the time.
