Crab through pasta is a delight, and i usually wait till the very end of the cooking process to drop the cleaned whole crab into the gentle simmering sauce of olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, chilli, parsley, lemon juice and white wine.
When presenting this dish to the table, the crab sits atop the platter of pasta as if to protect his new string-like domain, that is until guests take to him armed with the nut crackers !
