Fruits of the sea had to include mussells, beautiful luscious and juicy, gently steamed open in a pan with olive oil, garlic, chilli, lemon juice and of course a splash of white wine, garnished with some finely chopped parsley. Eat subito! – straight away with some fresh bread to dip into the juices and of course someone to share it with!
