A pagan moon keeping a close eye on the Russian Orthodox church?
Hmmm… It’s all about the perspective!

incredible work!! crisp clear lines, bold colors, this looks so three dimensional… your moon is wonderful~ everything about this image is like reading a good piece of poetry or like hearing a the most beautiful voice sing eloquently amongst lilting and dancing orchestra of beats

This is an unorthodox composition, but it’s very beautiful. Blue and yellow/orange against the black of the sky gives it a somewhat festiv air.

I used to live in the Seattle-Tacoma area of the Pacific Northwest. Is this the Russian Orthodox Church you can see from the I-5 corridor, going North on the left-hand side of the road?

I’m not sure… It’s on 13th Ave on Capitol Hill . . .

Yes, this is where I went to a wedding. My sister’s best friend, Angie Evancho, was married at this location. I remember the fabulous icons sprinkled throughout the chapel. I was raised up a Protestant and so the marvelous images in the church just set the little artist in me reeling. Thank you for the memory.
