The Rat Samurai

As long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the consept of the Samurai warrior.
Manga has also had some influence on this picture, even though I was hardly ever exposed to it through my childhood.
But the last ten years, as I have been working only with graphics, and with perfecting my drawing skills.
And it is through this work that I have been exposed to Manga a lot, and I think it has influenced me quit a bit, and it shines through especially in my character design.

Not only manga, kinematic gidai geki as well, I guess! It reminds me of some japanese Kurosawa films posters, with the kanji on the background. Great!

Thanks a lot, I have absolutely no knowledge of manga and all that jazz what so ever, I just love big parts of it (some I find rather speculative and corporate, but I guess that is just like in the rest of the world of comics and graphic novels).
