Profile
I was born in Leeds, Yorkshire in 1955 and lived there until leaving home for university at the age of 18. I married in 1981 and have one son. Although I studied Botany at university I was never able to use this professionally. Since graduating I have worked full-time in Local Government but have retained my love of flowers.
As a youngster, I was given an Instamatic “point and shoot” camera. I never got on very well with this, usually not managing to shoot what I pointed at! I therefore lost interest in photography for many years. It has only been in recent times, since my husband bought me a much better camera to start taking jewellery photographs for another venture, that my interest has been rekindled.
I currently live with my husband and son in Shropshire UK.
