Good Humor by phil decocco

Available to buy on…

In Rome, Italy, this mobile cafe sold ice cream and cold drinks right from their window, and moved on when business slowed down, much like the Good Humor ice cream trucks in the USA

Just a retired old guy who loves looking for an eclectic mix of subjects to photograph, from people, to places, to concepts, and enjoys all aspects of the hunt, the find, and the shot, plus dabbling in the post production.

“No great artist ever sees things as they really are. If he did, he would cease to be an artist”

Hi Phil….yes a smurf….there were all sorts of colours and a deep blue.I asked what that was and the man answered :"puffo"Ok a puffo then.I could not ask explanation as I don’t speak italian….coming back to the hotel I saw a forgotten italian newspaper on a beach I started reading it and there was a whole story of blue puffos. so I knew why he called the blue ice cream “puffo”
