A tasty treat found in the Czech Republic in bake shops, vendors on street corners, and in coffee shops is a sweet confection of dough rolled and baked on a metal tube, then removed and rolled in cinnamon and sugar while still hot. It’s called a Tredelnik, and this shop in Cesky Krumlov is named for the treat.

(Rather than try to pronounce it, I merely pointed at them and held up two fingers.)
