Montepulciano, Italy, on a sunny afternoon in Tuscany, on a narrow one way street

montepulciano, italy, tuscany streeet scene, one way street, siesta time, hilltown
Just a retired old guy who loves looking for an eclectic mix of subjects to photograph, from people, to places, to concepts, and enjoys all aspects of the hunt, the find, and the shot, plus dabbling in the post production.

Phil, Excellent composition.

thanks so much bob, it was a nice time of day for light, and the man in the doorway helped establish relative size of all

So typically Italy (and a plus for including the little Fiat!) Ah…. makes me long for my summer holidays! Lovely composition and capture, Phil!
thanks krys,
sounds like you’ve shared the Italian buzz of Tuscany! ’til next time……

The car and the man give this street a dimensional reference. Otherwise, one might assume the doorways were only 7 feet tall and give the impression this is more like just a walkway. Nice one, Phil. :-)
pete,
thanks for that! Really, really enjoy and value our exchanges, my friend!
