When feasting your eyes on the Duomo in Florence, Italy, it’s difficult to settle on one aspect of this beautiful architechtural masterpiece. i especially like the porticos such as this one.

Just a retired old guy who loves looking for an eclectic mix of subjects to photograph, from people, to places, to concepts, and enjoys all aspects of the hunt, the find, and the shot, plus dabbling in the post production.

“No great artist ever sees things as they really are. If he did, he would cease to be an artist”

Thanks for your note. One has to look far and wide to find art in architecture as seen in many Italian designs.
