The Cloisters by phil decocco

In the beautifully restored and maintained Museo San Francisco, in La Paz, Bolivia, we were treated to a private showing, including the priceless artworks. This passage led to the cloisters where Franciscan monks worked and prayed, separated from the workers and other people whose lives went on outside the monastery.

Just a retired old guy who loves looking for an eclectic mix of subjects to photograph, from people, to places, to concepts, and enjoys all aspects of the hunt, the find, and the shot, plus dabbling in the post production.

“No great artist ever sees things as they really are. If he did, he would cease to be an artist”
Oscar Wilde
