On the way out of the Te Anau Lake region on the South Island of New Zealand, we stopped at a small coffee shop/cafe only to discover a really nice collection of local artists’ work inside and outside the building. An extra treat!

Just a retired old guy who loves looking for an eclectic mix of subjects to photograph, from people, to places, to concepts, and enjoys all aspects of the hunt, the find, and the shot, plus dabbling in the post production.

My S.W.A.G. theory suggests the BOLD lettering is of cities or townships, and the smaller are of those who hailed from there. As a collective, it may represent a well known group and is a tribute or memorium to them. An assumption, of course, but seems a logical. Are you leading me on, or….? Lol :-)

  • pete,
never!! It’s a pretty intelligent guess! But then, I expect absolutely nothing less from you……ever
