'Runga Dudes!
For Hatha Yoga practitioners (vinyasa forms especially) the term “chattarunga” dandasana is well known. It is essentially in western parlance- a ‘push up’ and depending on your practice ( and your teacher) you will love and hate this asana (posture) - on the island of Kauai when there is no surf and surfers come to class they have put a little surf spin on this term – ‘Runga! Dudes now get down and give me 25:o)!!
