Me(5 of 7)/Art4Space studios -(010513)- Digital photo/FujiFilm FinePix AX350 by

DATE: Wednesday 1st May 2013
MEDIUM: Digital photo. Digital Compact Camera: FujiFilm FinePix AX350 5xZoom 16MP
DESCRIPTION: Me, inside the Art4Space studios back garden. More extraordinary garden furniture. I distinctly recall helping them out in both disassembling/and, also, reassembling this piece of garden furniture; I remember it was ‘huge!’

    Wonderful

  • Thanks for commenting. ;-) Unfortunately, Art4Space studios…which I used to go and visit regularly from ever since I first discovered it some years back…is no longer there, anymore; and, a lot of the artists have already moved on. Nevertheless, that is the ‘power of photography’, namely, the ability to preserve memories, endlessly, of whatever once was; but, now, has considerably changed; and, therefore, is not likely to be repeated ever again. It’s a pity, though, that right now my camera no longer works…it’s busted/fell on the concrete…I’m going to have to buy a new digital compact to take with me on my going out travels. Something to help preserve the memories of every single day. I’ve learned that if you don’t spend some time either taking photographs/or else, writing about what’s happening in your life; then, it just quite simply vanishes; and, to me, that isn’t good. Then, one day, you can return back to the photograph/diary…and, re-see/re-read/re-live whatever experiences had gone before…just as if that experience was ‘fresh!’ At other times its just reminds you of things which otherwise you might have forgot…???
