    Hey Paul – I love these flowers. They are from a vine called Petrea volubilis – Purple wreath.
    They flower in late summer and autumn. Here in QLD, they are grown over pergolas and provide great coverage. If you grab them and spin them by their stems, you’ll have your very own flower helecopter (the kids will love it).
    Love the picture – nicely done!
