Derelict Pier
Derelict Pier at Weston-super-Mare, UK. Its sadly fenced off with CCTV so theres no chance of jumping a fence. Im thinking tho that at low tide you can walk to it on the rocks from further up the coast… Further investigation needed I think!!

Very nice shot. I am orgiinally from Weston and love that Old Pier. They are at some stage supposed to be renovating it. I bought a plank back in 1986 but so far nothing has happened.

Thanks Deborah. Youre right its still as is. Although I’m sure I could see builders portacabins on the island, dunno how long they’ve been there tho’ (prolly since you bought your plank!). Hope they keep it as original and not level it an build apartments.

It is so sad when they let these structures go into decay . A great shot .
