Photographed in the Fens of Cambridgeshire, England. I love the flat, desolate nature of this landscape. The weather conditions were not ideal on the day I shot this – the couds were a bit bland and the sun a little high in the sky too, but a bit of HDR treatment (I normally prefer much subtler HDR) has given this image the punch it deserves.

HDR method & adjustments.
Created 2 layers in Photoshop, one for the sky to pull out the cloud detail, the other for the foreground which I pushed the contrast on via curves.
Merged the two layers, adjusted the barrel distortion from the lens, added a transparent faux grad filter effect to the sky. In Lightroom then added lens vignetting.
