Dawn Patrol

Dawn Patrol

Photographed at Pembroke Dock, Wales one misty Easter morning.

The sun was just managing to break through, revealing the very faintest of detail on the water. I could just make out some white blobs in the mist and with autofocus struggling, I managed to capture this quiet, soft, simple image.

Canon 10D
1/125th sec at f14
35-135mm Canon EF lens at 135mm
ISO 100

Processing: Cropped and cleaned up in Lightroom, contrast manipulated to enhance detail, gentle unsharp masking.
