Beautiful and touching portrait. So love your ink and tea drawings. He does look weary, looks like he just woke up with his cute tousled hair, his slippers still upon his feet, but he looks like like he is still tired & not sure if he’s ready to face the day. The border again, unique and so you Paul.

  • Paul Compton replied

You light up my day pinkyjain. Thank you so much. Hope you are feeling terrific today : )

Talented and dlightfully lean work here!. I dig the shoes. I like this a lot—reminds me how i felt and looked about a month ago after another enjoyable but most decidedly weary year of teaching high school seniors

  • Paul Compton replied 3 days ago

Teaching high schoolers – I can see how you would be weary! Thank you so much for the kind comment. Best wishes to you.
