Hi Ken ! Yes the F3.5-4.5 with polarization filter Circular, thats what makes it pop in vivid mode. the E-500 was what made me commit to the E-510, although the vivid mode must be selected at turn on time ! for ballooning, I leave my settings for white balance at neutral density, the majority of pictures done in auto, no Flash and changed the 400-200-100 asa as the the morning light matured ! Rick, Taken at altitude of about 5500 ! the challenge to us is too much light, washing out colors, one of the reasons for using the polarization filter, of course the added contrast makes the balloons jump ! normal saturation EV at normal, not so much aimed at you but added information ! paul
