Baby Bird in the Spring, Learning "the ropes" by

I loved accidentally finding this little guy as I came home one day. I quickly grabbed my camera which was handy, and snapped his photo and left him and his mother alone. I watched from the window at how sweet it was as this little guy was fresh from his protective nest. He looks so sad that it almost breaks my heart, but I know its just the shape of his little beak. Happy to see him and still get to enjoy him now.

I love nature and everything in it. If I can capture it with my camera in a way that is meaningful, that is something that brings me great joy.

I am a mother to two wonderful boys, and wife. I have come to learn that life is very precious, and flying by. What we do matters, and appreciating the beauty in life is one of its great gifts to us.

Hoping to travel more in the future, continue to get to know my camera, as well as continue capturing what I can with it.

Oh, how cute. You were lucky to get such a great photo. I tried to get one of a baby possum that got into my house and couldn’t get one. He was too fast. LOL

  • Hi GrandmaMarilyn, thank you! Yes I was so lucky, and I don’t blame you for wanting to get a picture of that baby possum! I would want to also. Happy you stopped by and commented. :)
