Miami Deconstruction
I love the repetition and geometry of this image – to me it just works very graphically. There are these cool pipes exposed that almost act as the intestines of the abandoned structure and the grid like pattern forms its exposed skeletal frame.

There seems to be a tension between the urbanized design of the building and its heart which is almost primal. When I look at this image I see in the centre a tribal head dress, totem poles and definitely tusks underneath. It feels as though the building is undergoing a metamorphosis.
