Lovely shot. I really like the colour balance in your pictures. Some how you manage to make things look really soft somehow without being muted. Nice and very much a signature to your pictures as well. Lovely.

Paul, great work as to be expeced by someone with your talent! :D:D How did this get so pink? It’s a colur that’s associated with femininity and girly things but here t sit so well with a man made flying object of great power! Pure magic!

I’ve checked with the art photographers union, and there’s a potential demarkation disspute here,
I’m the airplane guy. I like the way the fuselage does not have a begining or an end, could take you anywhere, stuck with no escape behind those dirty little windows begining to weep with neglect, 20thC technology just starting to show its age, in a few decades it will look as ancient as a steam train. Slightly sinister but as beautiful as anything nature can toss at us.

great piece paul… I also love the cropping and great colours. The scale of the plane really hits you when you focus on the small windows. Maybe it’s because i hate flying, but i find commercial aircraft so captivating…

fabulous shot paul… the composition just oozes style….love your treatment as always….flown iberia a few times myself and i’d have to agree with you on your assessment.. although the worst has to be aerolineas argentinas… brilliant stuff with this one though…

the tone and the contrasting cherry almost candy coloured stripes next to a big bold aeroplane setting….’set it off’..... for me.. :)

Pick of the ‘crop’. Nice earthy tones mixed with the red. Reminds me of some Photoshop duotone effects. Nice.

Anyway.. as I love planes so much, I like the photo very much ! The colours, the light on it, the lighting around.. A s in a dream for me.

Very creatively framed…..and the colours are amazing!

I love the way the little windows match the diagonal lines. Is it my imagination or are you changing your cropping of late from horizontal to square? It’s a great eye that can do that. I can only seem to frame in landscape. Well done Mr V another ripper.

That is fantastic. Airliner shots have always excited me, and the dramatic red and stormy tones do it for me. The foreground accentuates this feeling… love it.

great shot! It’s like a portrait of a plane! and somehow makes me feel like you’ve taken this plane into a photography studio.

and it has a familiar feeling. How much this people made me suffer back at home!

I had seen this one before, hadnt commented it yet, but it definitely deserves some more love… Wonderfully powerful image. I love how the red of the plane comes back in the stripes on the ground, and the darkness of the sky in the ground aswell… Perfect post processing!

Somehow I missed this until now. Damn! This image is EVERYTHING I love. I was an Army brat and raised in airports; they still hold grand fascination for me. And did I mention I love very graphic work? This hits the mark on so many levels—perfect.
