Hey Brian – I have updated and made India 2 for sale (Finally…) Yes, I’m really happy with this image – who would have thought you would find this very graphic landscape in India of all place….
Thanks for all the great comments on this image and as Meanderthal has intimated yes it is ‘photo.graphic.design’ well commented on.
Real scene Mel – no manufacturing whatsoever…. it’s actually a functioning urinal as well (as far as India goes) Thanks for the great comments – yes, I really like this piece as well.
I’m impressed enough with this to have made it my home page….lol! Wonder what my hubby is going to think if he ever realises I have a urinal as the first thing I see when opening up firefox!!
i love how this takes your eye on a little adventure around the twists and turns. great job.

Congratulations for al your works . I do find a very strong connetions with hypperealism in your photos . Al I sow remind me of Hopper’s pantings and David Hockney ( I do am a painter ). Sometime your photos are quite surealistic . This one is one of my favorites ! The color relationship , the composition and the empty feeling it gives are perfect !
thank you SO MUCH Anette, this was a petrol stop in India, couldn’t believe the colours and scene in front of me when we stopped, just had to nail the shot… thank you!
ahhhh…..back where it belongs…....front page of your display :) This is so compelling to me, the lines, colours and tones….all leading the eye to a urinal…..just plain amazing!
How could a person NOT find himself changed after a trip to this place? And you have transcended art here. Gone off into a nether world between art and heaven. Here, I would also find peace, enlightenment. So thanks for helping me get there…..

In which state of Mother India you have taken this unusual pictorial representation Sir? Don’t mistake me, I do not mean to be a smarty pants.
Paul Vanzella
replied
why Rajastha dear sir, yes not very typical of the landscape, but it certainly caught my eye as an unique place and time…

Great effect. In the same vein as a DiChirico painting. Slightly surreal. Love it.

Was just browsing back through my favourites and came across this gem, the coloured curbing and gravelly clay reminds me of a scene at a speedway
