Nice colours in the sky and on the buildings. Nice processing on the clouds.

For me, this really has a dystopian feel to it – it’s unsettling and a little disturbing. The amber haze adds to the feeling of menace.
Once again Paul, wonderful painterly qualities and superb composition.

WOW – This is an incredible image… really blew me away!.. Love the scale emphasized by the car and the detail in the distance to the left. Can’t stop looking at it! well captured, did you manage to get to mainland China as well, these high rises are iconic, they represent the overwhelming critical mass that is China, very cool, cheers.

What a magnificent image Paul! I almost expect another identical building to sprout up next to this line of buildings. But I’m with Graeme Hindmarsh here – those building, with the addition of the futuristic metallic one in the background, and the overall colour gives this image an ominious and unsettling mood. Wonderful effect!

Can barely believe it isn’t a cgi film set. Incredible work, the car is the winning piece.

Ah yes, Hong Kong as some really cool cityscapes, which I love… I also love the building in the background, looks amazing. Have you heard of the nickname “penciltown”? Basically there are so many tall buildings, maybe only 10 stories high, not yet skyscrapers, but all standing right next to eachother, that seen from above it looks like a pot of pencils all standing up straight!

Love the repitition of form and pattern in this image! I have to agree architecturally the buildings are truly futuristic and in many ways make me think of Lego constructions!

Is this real??? OMG!! Ok so we moved to a larger town...and were closer to Spokane, WA….meaning I am going to pick a day soon just to get these monstrous architecture shots…because every time I see yours…I ache to do some of my own, LOL…awesome Paul!!
