I don’t think this one’s going to fit on a postcard very well.
Many visits to this spot over a number of years eventually produced this seven shot panoramic of morning mists rolling downriver,and along the ‘Leighton Bends’ from the Ironbridge Gorge. I confess to not being entirely happy with the sky on this, but it will just have to do.
I was beginning to feel like a morning ‘sideshow’ as motorists were wizzing past on their way to work less than a couple of feet away. It’s amazing just how much attention a tripod mounted camera can get off passers by.
