This is the beginning of a new series of paintings – Belgium Beer. I am planning to make cards and market them towards the deserning Beer drinker. There are so few cards for men and they normally depict golf or sailing.
I think I may get slightly bored painting browns for beer rather than pastel tea cups! It’s a great exercise to try to get the brown colour right though.

For this painting I used Winsor Red, Indian Yellow and French Ultramarine on Saunder Waterford Not 200lb paper.
