Looking downstream towards Oughtershaw village in Langstrothdale, Yorkshire Dales. Spring has arrived late this year after a cold and seemingly endless winter, hence the bare trees, normally well in leaf by now.
We skipped spring here and jumped from a very long but unproductive winter straight into summer. This is SO lovely!>blows kiss<
Nice one Pat. – Ted
A rustic scene beautifully captured! We had a slow spring too, but now the temps are in the 90’s and everything is growing so fast.
Thanks Angie, your weather is rather different….its about 50 deg here …..May is a notoriously fickle month as in the old saying " Ne’er cast a clout till May is out "….hope you’re enjoying the summer …send us some :)
