Cardinal in Spring
Our garden is full of cardinals in winter as we feed the birds year round. This beautiful male is perched on the limb of our massive corkscrew willow tree.

Every spring I root new shoots in a pot to give to friends and family. It grows fast and make a wonderful shade. But in the winter it is just as lovely with all those twisted branches!

Really enjoying your visitors. All three are such wonderful shots. I like the curvy brances of this tree. It’s such a contrast to the Sentry where the branches are straight up. The Cardinal is so beautiful and you always seem to catch the sparkle in the eye.
