Glad I got a chance to capture a few house sparrows so close!
Never go away without your favourite camera…Not having the Canon at hand but my old Minolta instead worked fine too.

So true (here the same in Holland) and sad enough I notice it more and more! Thank you Richard for your compliment and additional info, I joined in the UK once the Garden Birdwatch and that made me more aware of the bare facts aswell in the UK as in Holland.
