Purchased paid and NOT delivered

Sold an iPhone capsule 26-11-2012.

Ordered and paid by a friend and it’s still not delivered……., it’s now 15-12-2-12
I can’t track the order myself because it was a combined order with a calendar, which was delivered already….(in a box big enough to have the iPhone capsule inside btw….) but no iPhone capsule was in it.

Mail was send to contact RedBubble about this issue, Friday the 14th of December, not even had a conformation the mail was received…….
Now I’m really worried!

Its a customer, RedBubble!

I use RedBubble to increase my photography and art business by doing so RedBubble makes profit too…

Knock Knock Bang Bang anybody at HQ would be so kind to react?

    Oh Annet..I hope this issue will soon be solved.How annoying it will be for you when a friend is concerned as well.I know the frustration..remember I had an issue myself.

    I have had the EXACT same thing! Mine was sent on the 28th of Nov.! Still haven’t seen it :-( It’s irritating! I hope we got them both soon

    This is truly worrisome, if a customer doesn’t receive an order in a timely manner it reflects back on us, he artists. Lack of communication by RB is even worse.

    Got a reaction from Redbubble an automatic standard response of Redbubble with a load of links to subjects that can’t solve the problem.
    Mailed again, scanned the forms which were included by the deliverance of the calendar (which will not help but hey they want to know everything and they want you to do everything to get what is paid………and till now, no response at all.
