Sorry,I have no idea.I go to Vic market regularly and stumbled on this alleyway ( it is a dead end).I was reluctant to take pics because I was not sure why the boat was completely obstructing the road. No idea who the artist is but it is an unusual piece of art in the middle of nowhere.I might go there again to get the name of the street and see if the boat is still there. This was taken about a year ago.
