If I’m not writing as long comments as I’d like, it’s because we finally got the Santa Fe house back from the renters. It’s in good shape, but needs work to be livable. A friend from high school and I are going to be recovering and painting old furniture. There are tons of odd jobs to get done.

I’m in beautiful New Mexico and running around like a crazy person. As soon as possible, I’ll start looking at all of the art that I’ve missed the last couple of days. Miss the Bubble!

My Mother died two months ago at the age of 89, and this has put me in something of a reflective mood. Her life was a long one especially for someone who was supposed to die the night she was born. At age 9, before the era of antibiotics, she almost succumbed to bacterial pneumonia. I won…

The homepages continue to get better and better. The variety in the themes is just amazing. They’re developed a very sophisticated look over the last few months.

Congratulations on todays home page. It’s fascinating and beautiful at the same time. That’s hard to pull of with multiple images. Oh, did I mention the lovely simplicity of each image? I have to admit that I’ve been so busy lately that I’ve forgotten to check the homepage much. This one will bring me back to checking regularly.

My life has been hectic to say the least this last couple of months. The fractals are feeling a bit stale. There’s been no time for photography. As a design exercise, I decided to try to get the look of my handwoven fabrics in a purely digital image out of Photoshop. After two days of work, I’ve gotten an image that I like. IT WON’T UPLOAD! Well, I’m home again. It was a week of shoveling crap out of a studio area in Santa Fe. I am constantly amazed at how much stuff that two people who rarely go shopping for anything but clothes can accumulate! My friends were champions about helping me. If anyone wants to buy a great house in Santa Fe…........?

This time I’m in Santa Fe cleaning out the studio to get the house ready to sell. Sigh! It’s just not practical to keep it. Anyone want a lovely home with a photography/weaving studio in Northern New Mexico? There will be one on the market next week. I’ll be home on Saturday.
