Peace

There has been some discussion on Redbubble lately of what art should be. Some feel that it should be “pretty” to be art. I’ve always looked at art as being all inclusive. Let’s not even go to the concepts of tact, consideration, and good manners. This image is the germ of an idea that I hope to refine during the next year. How do we take the pretty, the sugary and give it depth of meaning?

Nice picture Pat. What is art or what it should be? I personally think that most things where humans express their feelings is a form of art. I might or might not like it but my views on things can be totally different from the artist but that is irrelevant.

Beautiful image Pat. For me art has been a way to convey my feelings – who I am, and how I see my world. Unfortunately, I have let negative comments get to me. I am not giving up though. This is beautiful. Great work!
