Father's Day
Tomorrow is father’s day so I thought I would create this photo and some assocaited words as a present for my Dad. The photos above are from when he was a teenager and also a photo taken only a month ago when we were holidaying in Queensland. As you can see he still has a sparkle in his eyes.
I have written a piece about my father and love in general. It was too long to fit with this photo creation. Please follow this link to view it.

Wonderful, Tony… Just goes to show you great minds think alike, as I too recently posted both a young and current digital paintings of my own father in tribute to all he has given my life.
You can see them here.

Great work Tony and a lovely thought! I wish my Dad was here. He died when I was 21 and still miss him very much. You only get one Mum and Dad. That is why family is so important.
Tony Ryan replied
Thanks David. I have been lucky that both my parents are still alive. I have especially in the last 5 years or so been able to communicate at such a deep level with them and cleansed much of my childhood confusion. Having said this my parents have also been able to communicate with their parents who have long ago passed. I truly believe that we can communicate at a heart level with our loved ones whether they are here or just in spirit.
